This handy tool holder was designed by Elite pro Ken Cook. It is a great tool for your boat or tackle box. The tool holder attaches to any smooth surface with heavy velcro adhesive tape. It keeps your tools secure and ready even in the roughest water conditions. This Tool Kit includes 6" Durasharp shears' made in the USA' that cut braid like a razor.  A quality hook file,  1 ea,  phillips and flat screwdrivers, made in the USA. Also a tube of Reel Oil and a pair of 6"" Needle Nose Pliers with a side cutter.  The tool holder has an additional slot to store your dye markers, fishing glue or another easy to reach accessory. 

Installs with heavy duty "Velcro" tape on any smooth surface for easy removal. It can also be drilled and permanently mounted on any surface.
